# Best Friend Says What? Membership

Best Friend Says What? Membership is the regular-customer software path for people who want to use Best Friend Says What? without buying a founder NFT or connecting a crypto wallet.

## Plan

The launch plan is **$4.20 per month**. It renews monthly once production billing is enabled. No annual commitment or free trial is assumed.

The current Best Friend Says What? website does not have an active checkout. Visiting the site, making a pet profile, reading these terms, or owning an NFT does not start recurring billing.

## What an active membership is intended to include

An active membership provides access to the released regular-customer Best Friend Says What? software and updates made available to that plan.

Membership does not automatically include physical hardware, shipping, a founder NFT, a collar claim, a premium-generation claim, project-funded token rewards, company equity, or unlimited third-party AI usage. A separately priced product or service is included only when its checkout offer says so.

## Founder collection stays separate

The Lulu founder collection has 489 NFTs: 420 standard and 69 premium. Its physical-collar claims, premium eligibility and project-funded reward rules are governed by the founder documents.

A Best Friend Says What? Membership does not create, remove, replace or duplicate those founder rights. NFT owners do not deposit their own tokens into the reward system.

Current Lulu founder NFT holders receive founder early access to available pre-release Best Friend Says What? iPhone and Android test builds while the testing program is open, at $0 subscription charge during that pre-release period. Access depends on an available compatible test build and platform distribution capacity/review. Founder early access does not by itself promise a lifetime-free Best Friend Says What? subscription after public release.

Purchasing or holding an NFT does not by itself authorize recurring subscription billing.

## Starting a subscription

A subscription begins only after production checkout is enabled and the customer affirmatively accepts the displayed price, billing interval and renewal terms.

The production checkout must identify the billing provider before payment authorization. The customer identity used for billing must be connected to a server-side Best Friend Says What? entitlement before paid access can be treated as active.

Until those systems are connected, the website must not represent a membership as paid or active.

## Renewal and cancellation

The launch plan is month-to-month. Once billing is live, the customer can stop future renewals before the next billing date using the account or billing controls supplied with the production service.

Unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the already-paid billing period.

Any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights required by applicable law, or expressly offered at checkout, remain available.

## Privacy and payment information

The current static website does not collect payment information.

When production checkout is enabled, the checkout must identify the billing provider and link to the applicable payment and privacy terms. Best Friend Says What? should store only the customer/account and entitlement information needed to operate the membership; raw card details should remain with the payment provider.

## Product boundaries

Best Friend Says What? is an entertainment product, not literal animal translation or veterinary advice.

The regular-customer subscription is a software agreement. Founder NFT economics, physical-collar fulfillment and project-funded rewards remain separate unless a future written offer expressly connects them.
