Lulu combines a voice experience, NFT ownership, and physical collar fulfillment. Each involves different information.

Voice interactions

The phone-and-Bluetooth speaker design sends voice or text inputs to Cloudflare Workers AI to produce transcriptions, character responses, and speech. Conversation history is session-based. The speaker server stores usage counters rather than transcripts or recordings.

Cloud processing means inputs leave your device. Cloudflare describes its handling of those inputs in its Workers AI data-usage documentation. That documentation states that Customer Content is not used for model training or service improvement without explicit consent; use of separate storage services has additional implications.

Voice clips you download remain on the device or service where you save them. Avoid recording other people without permission, and review clips before sharing them.

Wallet and claim records

Wallet addresses, NFT transfers, and on-chain collar claims are public. They can reveal connections between transactions and ownership.

Lulu uses these records to check ownership and benefits. Deleting an off-chain record does not delete blockchain history. Do not place names, delivery addresses, or other personal details in public transaction messages.

Orders and support

Physical fulfillment needs delivery and order-contact information. These details belong in the private order process, separate from the public claim reference. Fulfillment and delivery providers need the information necessary to process a shipment.

Support requests may include order references, descriptions of a problem, and relevant correspondence. Do not send a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Requests concerning off-chain information are handled subject to applicable rights and recordkeeping obligations. Public blockchain history remains publicly accessible.
